Since 2019. We open our doors to our neighbourhood with the scent of freshly baked bread and pastries. Originated in Iceland, artic specialise in sourdough breads, with main emphasis on the quality and freshness of the products.
Sourdough bread is made by the fermentation of dough using naturally occurring lactobacilli and yeast. The lactic acid produced by the lactobacilli gives it a more sour taste and improved keeping qualities.
